A specifically designed yoga for Veterans regardless of physical limitations or emotional issues. It includes meditation, movement, and relaxation therapy. Participants will benefit from increased physical flexibility, decreased depression, anxiety, and irritability resulting in better coping abilities and a general sense of contentment. A gong meditation concludes this practice using sound to enhance the feeling of well-being and relaxation.

Come for the fun of it! Color in pre-printed images of your choice while learning how to use colored pencils or learn to draw and paint, where you can draw and paint your own beautiful objects! Class is offered on a drop-in basis.
